We are the direct owners and operators. Unlike agencies that manage hundreds of random apartments with varying quality, we own Proof Residence. This means we maintain strict quality control, and when you need assistance, you speak directly to our decision-making team, not a middleman.
How do you guarantee safety for international guests?
Safety is our foundation. We chose our location strategically. Proof Residence is tucked away on Kingsley Odo Close, a private, gated cul-de-sac just off the famous Chief Collins Street because it is a restricted-access gated community. On top of that, Proof Residence employs 24-hour uniformed security, comprehensive CCTV monitoring, and biometric access control for suites. We are a verified safe haven for expatriates and families.
Can I tour the apartment before booking?
